Fostering Community at the Glamping Show Americas

Building a Community, Growing the Glamping Industry

This year, I had the incredible opportunity to attend the Glamping Show Americas 2024 in Denver, Colorado alongside my leadership team. This event wasn’t just about showcasing our brand - it was about fostering meaningful connections, meeting with industry partners, and helping to shape the future of the glamping industry.

The Power of Community in Glamping

Glamping is more than just a business—it’s about building experiences, creating connections, and supporting a thriving community of operators, manufacturers, and service providers. The Glamping Show Americas brought together hundreds of passionate entrepreneurs, each eager to learn how to elevate their businesses and turn their dreams into reality.

At Branch Out Glamping, we believe in collaboration over competition. That’s why we partnered with the American Glamping Association and connected with industry leaders to exchange ideas, insights, and strategies for scaling the glamping movement across the U.S.

Partnering with the American Glamping Association

One of the key highlights of this year’s show was our partnership with the American Glamping Association (AGA), which continues to be a driving force behind the industry’s growth. By working together, we’re helping new and existing glamping operators navigate the challenges of launching, managing, and growing their sites.

Through the AGA, we engaged in discussions on:

  • Best practices in site development and investment

  • Sustainable business models for long-term success

  • New technology and trends shaping the future of glamping

  • The power of community-driven business growth

Bringing Together Manufacturers & Partners

A huge part of the Glamping Show is connecting with manufacturers, suppliers, and business service providers who are shaping the industry. We met with top-tier glamping tent manufacturers, infrastructure specialists, and innovative product designers who are redefining what luxury outdoor hospitality can look like. These relationships are invaluable in helping us bring the best quality and experience to every glamping site we develop.

Preparing for the Show: Booth, Marketing & Event Logistics

As part of our participation, we had a dedicated booth at the show where we showcased Branch Out Glamping’s expertise in land partnerships, site management, and business growth strategies. My role in the lead-up to the event included:

  • Marketing & Promotions – Creating engaging content to drive awareness and maximize engagement at the event.

  • Event Logistics & Planning – Coordinating with event organizers, setting up our booth, and ensuring everything ran smoothly.

  • On-Site Management – Engaging with glamping operators, answering questions, and helping attendees understand how to get started in the industry.

Looking Ahead: Continuing the Glamping Conversations

After an inspiring few days in Denver, I took the opportunity to head into the mountains to continue one-on-one conversations with property owners and potential glamping partners. Seeing the landscapes firsthand reinforces the limitless opportunities that glamping offers for landowners and entrepreneurs alike.

Final Thoughts

The Glamping Show Americas 2024 was a testament to the growth, passion, and innovation happening in this industry. Whether it was connecting with manufacturers, collaborating with the American Glamping Association, or helping new operators turn their glamping ideas into reality, this event was a major milestone for Branch Out Glamping and the industry as a whole.

If you’re looking to start, scale, or invest in a glamping business, let’s connect. The future of outdoor hospitality is only getting brighter!
